As Graham mentioned in another topic, we got together to talk shop and bend some sides last night. He told me that Today is his last day at his current job. Sooooo, lets just see how many posts he gets in today. I mean, what are they going to do, fire him ![]() Good Luck today Graham, hope they treat you to lunch at least. |

Yes today is my last day! I just discovered that my company's health plan includes money for prescription glasses! I didn't know that. So on my lunch break I ran out and bought some new glasses. This was planned and I'm now off to North East Alberta to cash in on the black gold(oil) they are minning out of the dirt up there. I will work 10 days straight and then get 4 days off so I'm planning on building on my off days. The winters will be long and cold, but the money is really good so it's worth it to me. Apparently they have 20 hours of darkness a day during the winter? Yikes! I'll have to get my own tanning bed or something. Unfortunatley I'll have to do some work around here before I leave today incase I ever want to come back here to work. So I better get at it, but I'll be checking in at the OLF through out the day. Thanks! |
